This piece may be from the late 1990s or no later than certainly early Y2K.Sheer, & with very few flaws given its age, it's in pretty good condition.There is a small spot in the front which may be something that could be removed by dry cleaning.Obviously not noticeable if worn under another garment.One or two very minor pulls which I've identified in photos.Please let me know if you need any other clarification.Waist 16" with a fair amount of stretch if needed; 21" length, waist to bottom hem.This is an extremely rare specialty item. Priced such that anyone that who might want a little piece of iconic luxury in their wardrobe can feel good about doing so.
