New without tags. Michael Kors drape front bright neon green pullover dress with gold chain link shoulder detail. 94% polyester, 6% spandex. Dress has a magnet weight in neckline to keep it perfectly draped. Only flaw is that size tag has been cut out. Measurements are pit to pit 19” (with lots of additional stretch) and length measures 37”. Based on these measurements I am sizing as a medium.
