Unbranded American Vintage Black floral maxi skirt with white eyelet trim at the bottom hem, hight waisted with front corset tie in pink, back high slit, back zipper closing, vintage zip stamped TALON. Zipper goes all the way up to the top of waist, but skirt was too small on the Mannequin, Black with floral flowers in yellow, pink white and green leaves.
