High-quality piece made in the 90s by Constance Saunders. Well made. The black coat with bold red lines makes this a special coat/blazer/jacket/dress. I believe it can be worn as any of these. However, unzipped and worn over a dress or pants and a blouse or jeans gives it a great bit of flexibility also. Being that this one has been around for 30 years, it has some flaws. See pics, and ask any questions you deem necessary. There are some areas on the red lines that have indentions and fabric interruptions. There is a tear in the lining. The zipper still works and can be pulled. However, the original larger portion of the zipper is off. There are a few snags also. It just needs some love from someone who knows how to do some minor refurbishing.
