I purchased this at a department store this spring.
I usually wear a size S, but they only had M, so I bought the M. Perhaps it runs a bit large, because I've only worn it a few times and haven't worn it since.
As mentioned in the reviews, the balloon silhouette is cute when you actually wear it. The seam is lower, giving it a more subdued feel.
The hem is adjustable.
It seems like it can be worn for a long time, from spring to autumn.
The back is elastic, so I think it would fit someone who wears a size M or L.
