This is Hordak from the Masters of the Universe Classics toy line. Only available on Matty Collector back in 2009. The mailer box is in excellent condition and the figure has never been out of the box accept for this photo. Everything is mint on card and factory sealed. I’ve had this in my personal collection since the day I bought it. Comes from a smoke free home.
