This vest allows for the attachment of different parts to the sleeves and collar. There is some soiling on the leather yoke.
This is the large concho version that was released in the early days.
The edge of the left inside pocket is slightly frayed (please check the photos).

Please be aware that some soiling is to be expected due to the many years that have passed since purchase.
