This iconic outer shell, representing THE NORTH FACE, has been refined since its debut in 1985 as a symbolic outer shell for the expedition system that supports athletes' expeditions.
The outer fabric is a 150-denier GORE-TEX PRODUCTS 2-layer construction that combines a sense of weight and suppleness, while the lining is made of lightweight and durable ripstop nylon. Laser punching is applied to the shoulders and underarms of the lining to efficiently exhaust moisture inside the garment. The snow cuff is detachable. The cuffs can be tightened in two stages.
A roomy silhouette that allows for easy movement even when combined with fleece or other mid-layers. This item is perfect for mountain activities from winter mountaineering to snow sports, and is active in mountain scenes from autumn to winter.
