Black with white polka dots. Mermaid style with a lace bust accented with silver gems and a lace panel(semi see through) above the knee where the mermaid style begins to fan out at the legs. Gorgeous shape created with this style perfect for showing off gorgeous curves at any formal event. Unique and statement making. Bought it for a formal I wasn't able to attend. New with no tags.
