1920s Art Deco Czech Glass Orange Paste Screw Back Earrings with Art Nouveau Themes
This is a delightful pair of antique screw-back earring from the 1920s crafted of silver metal and orange Czech glass. The earrings are dramatic danglers that echo the designs you would even see in the Art Nouveau era. Each earring features a screw-back with floral surmount and orange glass center stone. The surmount then hooks to the main dangling body of the earrings. The dangle of the earring consists of a large faceted orange paste or Czech glass stone in a prong setting accented by stamped prongs and edge. Just the faceted Czech glass pieces each measure 12.5mm long by 10.5mm wide, each. The earrings are in good antique condition. All of the Czech glass stones are secure in their settings. The screw-backs function well and are not bent.
