This is a sterling silver cuff bracelet that combines two distinct styles. Created by talented Navajo artist Wilbert Benally, the spread-wire cuff features dramatic decorative stampings on each end. The centerpiece, which appears to have been added at a later time, is a stunning carved lapis lazuli flower with a prong-set aquamarine-colored stone at its heart, prong set to a sterling silver frame soldered to the bracelet’s center. This artistic fusion of textures and materials creates a bold statement piece with undeniable charm. The bracelet is stamped Sterling W B on the back of one side where the six rows converge into a solid band, making it a true collector’s treasure.
Condition Note: please be aware that because the lapis flower is prong and not bezel set, it does move slightly in the setting and makes noise when the bracelet is gently shook. The flower is set securely in place with five long curved prongs. Make sure this will work for you before purchasing.
