Hello! I purchased this Hair Vivi 2.0 unit two weeks ago. It's the updated version of their clueless units where it comes pre-plucked, bleach knots, and curve to fit your head. I thought that I wanted 14 inches, so I washed unit and cut the lace. Now, this renders it unable to be returned. I decided I want a slightly longer unit instead. I included photos of the balayage from their website. The unit you see has been deep conditioned and air dried-- hence the frizz. Once you flatiron it, it'll be perfect!
