In the fourth photo, the following are missing: one each of the four green, yellow, blue, and red pieces on the left, one ball, and the white part with the water wheel. One red part above that is also missing. You can't build the 60-piece model due to missing parts, but you might be able to get them by calling Kumon; they used to be free.
The instruction manual is torn as shown in the second photo.
The parts are in good condition.
