Includes: Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, fallout tactics, fallout new Vegas and a sleeve for fallout 4. The discs are pretty clean and little to no scratches. I’ve never actually used the discs before I got this just for the mini nuke. Any digital codes are used or expired. I replaced the batteries so it makes the sounds. Cases have wear.
