This is by far one of my favorite dresses and I bought it at an auction so paid quite the premium for it. There are no tags on it but that does not mean it was handmade and this dress doesn’t seem handmade to me but it is 100% pure silk in a floral pattern and buttons down to the lower back w the buttons covered in the same fabric. It’s 3/4 sleeves with this dramatic flair in the way they are buttoned. It doesn’t come w the slip but you can get those cheap and I can direct you to where : )
