Sarah gifted her handbag to my mom, Margaret. My mom gave this purse to me maybe 30 years ago. My mom is 93 now and I am so blessed to have her in my life! I’m not sure what the leather source is. Snake skin? I truly do not know. And I am not going to take the time to look it up. The purse functions perfectly. There is a little wear on the gold hardware.
