Velvet like material, beautiful blue color! Super warm!!! No zipper, just buttons. Worn once, great condition. Same jacket fitness model Stephanie Williams has. Tag says “36” but I listed as small since I’m a small and it fits. Quilted like pattern. Silver buttons have surface scratches, but barely noticeable and inevitable
