This phone has been turned on and taken out of the packaging but has never even left the house in the 2 weeks of owning it. Bought for a family member and she was scared to use it and decided to get a phone with more buttons. Never even made a call with it. Works great- all I did was start to set it up for her. I now have it reset to all factory settings. Comes with a simple clear case and charger. Came with a screen protector already installed. Has 2 SIM card slots and expandable storage.
