Gray with brown leather briefcase. Great condition. No shoulder strap. Please look at pictures for wear. One side of the strap holder is ripped. It's an easy fix if you want to add a strap. Lots of room & compartments for organization! Very slight white-ish discoloration on the center on the front (from cleaning a stain).
