We had this custom made - it was worn in one pageant as an appearance, not to compete. It’s in perfect condition. Measurements Laying Flat - fabric does have some stretch to it. Shoulder to waist - 16” Waist - 15” Waist to hem 32”Inseam about 25” Top of Neck opening 9”48” from shoulder to hem We do have an overskirt to go with it also, if interested. Please let me know.
