Early 100 Yr. Old Sculptured Elk Head Lapel Pin Ruby w/Diamond

Previously owned stamped 1900.I don’t know if this is gold. I lost the pin back, but the back says 1900, The Victory. It has diamonds and a ruby.This is an Elk head lapel pin/hat pin/tie tack. In great condition for being way over 100 years old.
