Vintage 90s deadstock polka dot tuxedo style, empire waist dress. New with tags from Jody by California. Made in the US. Corset lacing in the back over the zipper. Tulle in the bottom to make a fuller skirt. Very small discoloration on the inside of the lining, not visible when wearing.
