Has overall light pilling on the stretchy tan sections. Orange fleece collar and piping. Additional reflective piping on front and back. Low back zipper pocket. Wrist zippers. Wind block zipper band.19" pit to pit 23" shoulder to hem 23" shoulder to cuff** introduced new buyer fees on 10/3 that greatly affect lower priced items.
