No words can full describe how stunning this two piece set is. The dress is going to fit XS and possibly Size Small. It does have an elastic waist, but there isn't a lot of stretch. The cape is much larger and can fit medium and maybe large. *Note: There is a tiny pinhole and spot on the front of the dress. Cape does cover it.
