70s THE NORTH FACE mountain parka.
I bought this at a used clothing store over 10 years ago.
The size is women's S, so it will fit a small man (who usually wears xs-s) or a woman.

・Detachable hood (it seems good to remove it when wearing a hoodie underneath)
※It is Gore-Tex, but since it is vintage, it does not have the expected effect. Please note.
