This is the LRG release of No More Heroes 2 : Desperate Struggle, specifically the big box release.
It has the steelbook, game, instruction booklet, trading card, soundtrack, poster, and artbook. It is the whole thing with everything it came with. It's mostly sat on my shelf for the past couple years, being opened to inspect the contents and then put up as I already had the game digitally.
The inserts inside the box were destroyed when opening it but all the content are basically untouched and work, plus I will try and make sure the contents are safe when I pack them up to ship it your way.
