I modified the pope costume I bought from spirit Halloween last year. I put a brocade peplum on, cut slits in the sleeves to fit a brocade cut-out, added elastic to the wrists and cut a chunk off the entire length. This is not with super fine edges on the inside, but I think it came out great!
Comes with dress and hat (the cape and peplum are both sewn in). I should have the belt upstairs as well, but I ended up going with the fabric one that came with the costume originally for the party.
I’m 5’9” and my measurements are 41”-39”-47” to help you go with sizes. The base costume was a size XL to start
