This Massimo Alba sportcoat is a 52IT, which means it's roughly a 42 in US sizing. I would say that the sleeves are a bit on the short side. I usually wear a 42Long and the sleeves were a bit short on me. The coat is a wonderful mottled pine green in a thick wool that's somewhere between boiled wool and loden—it has a bit of stretch to it, and is perfect for fall/winter, and even a chilly spring day.
