Top has diagonal buttons with short puff sleeves and a shoulder cap detail
The pants are capri length and high waisted with little slits at the bottom.
Bottom has zipper and button closure
The pattern is a black background with vertical stripe line design in green, white, yellow, purple and light maroon.
Tag says vintage size 9 (juniors) but measure to be more like a Small. See Measurements

Pants- Waist:25 Inseam:23 Rise:13 HIps:37
Condition: Pre-Owned. Light wear. Small tear on the waistband
