NWT Talbots brand navy blue and white check pants. Great fabric for Spring and Summer. Can be casual for weekend or dressy for work. Slim leg, pedal pusher length, sits at waist. Very high quality clothing manufacturer, the clothes last for decades. Price is so far below retail, it's unbelievable. Can't find these anymore!
