This is a Pilot Automac E.
The pen works by pointing the nib downwards towards a desk or paper and moving the piston. This extends the lead, allowing you to write.
It's quite difficult to understand how to use it, as there are different modes: clicking, lead fixed (after extending), and lead unlocked.
The color may differ from the photos.
By the way, it's incredibly difficult to write with.
