This is a MONTBLANC Meisterstück Mechanical Pencil (Meisterstück Bordeaux Classic Size Mechanical Pencil = mechanical pencil).
This discontinued model is also popular as a collector's item.
It is a twist-type pencil and comes with three leads.
The included accessory is the black box in photo 2 (the background other than photo 2 is not included).
If you do not need the black box in photo 2, I will discount the price to 27,000 yen (it is an old-style black box).
It is a beautiful item, but it is about 20 years old.
