This raincoat is very lightweight,and is 33" long, 22" from armpit to armpit,and18" from top of shoulder to shoulder.It has 2 pockets on each side, neither fasten. The sleeves are 20" long. The "gathered" design is 22.5" from top of garment. It fastens with very sturdy snaps, as shown in picture. It is new. But, no tags.
