I purchased this about 3 years ago, but I have similar skirts and never ended up wearing this one.
I have tried it on.
It has a 3-tiered ruffle design, but it doesn't flare out too much, creating a very beautiful silhouette.
The fabric is also soft, light, and feels high-quality.
