Custom handmade pageant dress. We are third owners, my daughter wore once. Measurements are 12" flat across chest. 10" flat across waist, 42" shoulder to floor. Fits size 5/6T maybe a petite 7. My daughter is 5yo 46” tall and it fits her with some room to grow. We had the chest taken in on the sides but can be let back out. Length was never altered, with heels and large hoop skirt it was enough to just brush on the floor. There is a train on the back. The back is zipper and also has a large bow.
