Two piece pageant dress. Custom made for us but never worn. Could be a "glitz" dress if rhinestoned or just used as is. Baby pink and white. Fits an 18month to 3t. Lace up back and snaps on bodice and skirt to keep together when on. Very soft, all material used was very comfortable and not stiff or scratchy. I paid $400 to have it made.
