This is a Majolica French Barbotine display / cabinet plate. This plate is 12 1/2” in diameter. It has cherubs playing musical instruments. The center is blue and has hand painted leaves snd flowers. The back of the plate has holes for a wall hanging attachment. This beautiful piece is in excellent condition. 11859
