Stunning velvet Jacket and full skirt set from Jessica McClintock. I believe its 80s but could be early 90s
They have blue glitter appliqué flowers all over. The jacket has a very unique neckline, puff sleeves with shoulder pads and a beautifully tailored look with lovely black buttons.
