This is a brand new, with tags, Columbia Snow Problem winter jacket. I bought it for my son as a backup but then I found a better jacket. This amazing jacket has the omni heat insulation, powder skirt, adjustable cuffs, and the outgrow system which can be adjusted as your child grows. This is a great jacket for snowy conditions!
