Youth large probably fit women’s small/XS also. Size on tag Large 14/16 note that large in this category is 10/12 & XL is 14/16 I chose large in category because that is on the tag. Obviously this shirt is a bit bigger than your normal junior size large. Please see pic of measurements. Excellent shape.
