great condition except the leather handles are worn down on the undersides from use (the upper sides look just fine) and the detachable crossbody strap is not included. hardware has normal wear as well for its pre-loved condition. besides that there is wear on the leather on high contact corners and a bit of a stain in the center zipper compartment
