Excellent antique condition, there is small dark spot which is simply part of the threaded construction visible on one edge (see photo #3) but this isn't a flaw. Front is practically perfect while rear shows minor buildup not visible while wearing. Every element of this lovely cluster of all glass beads was done by hand. Clasp functions perfectly.
