Nike and the Doernbecher Children's Hospital partnered to create shoes and apparel created with kids who are being treated for serious conditions. Released in 2009, the Nike Zoom Paul Rodriguez 3 'Doernbecher' was designed by Collin Callsen, then 11, and commemorates some of his favorite childhood things. The shoe features a blue and white upper with varied textures, prints and icons; the design includes a skull and crossbones, motorcycles, and camouflage.
