Awesome Vibrant Vintage Skirt! Pictures don't quite do the colors justice. Appears to be well done and handmade. It is in great shape overall, there is one area in the back waistband (see picture) with some fraying. Otherwise no flaws such as stains or holes. I've included 3 pictures of the area where the skirt closes. It would probably be best to add a small hook on the flap to keep that part together better. There was probably originally a snap or hook and the opening doesn't stay perfect when buttoned. No size tag, please check measurements below to ensure fit. the waist is quite small but could be worn higher above the hips.
