OOAK original acrylic whimsical fat cat painting. This adorable painting is signed and titled by the Mexican artist Che Loloo (Consuelo Rodriguez). Not only does it have a fun subject, it is painted with a whimsical textured paint technique that has to be seen in person to appreciate. Such a fun painting!
