Vintage 50s or 60s Miss Pat California Brown Pleated Skirt. Classic American chic! No fabric info on garment but fabric feels like heavy cotton or a cotton-linen blend. Sturdy but soft. Zipper and one button to open (inner button appears to be gone). In great overall shape. Hem is unstitched for a few inches (see photo), easy fix or skirt may be let out for an extra two inches in length. Belt loops have some wear, see photos for condition.
