This 12 foot DIY Snowflake Balloon Garland kit includes:
— 1 Snowflake Shaped Mylar 36” Balloon
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in white, light blue, slate blue**, silver chrome with white snowflakes**, light pink and pink blush** (this look is achieved by layering two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of slate, snowflake and blush**(see below for special instructions),
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump (needed double layered balloons)
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air.
Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Slate blue, silver snowflakes and pink blush balloons will already come layered, to use just inflate with hand pump as normal and tie off ends. Only the inside balloon tail needs to be tied, and it's ready to go!
