Old, unique, and hard to find 9 presidential plate. Made between 1912-1913, Washington is large and centered. Around the rim of the plate are Lincoln, Garfield, and McKinley. Between them is the 1912 calendar over the American flag. Our Martyers is written in gold script, referring to the fact that Lincoln, Garfield, and McKinley were all assassinated. I've seen a few variations of this plate, though none with as much detail and definitely not with Washington on it. I can only imagine he's included because he sacrificed for a country to be born. Good antique condition, no chips or breaks. Wear to some of the motif and gold edging expected with age.
