Found this on our garage. Please view all pictures before purchasing. There is an inscription in the front page as this was gifted by the mother to his son in 1924. There are browning on the pages and some of the pages have small rips at the bottom, see pictures 9 & 10 as examples of the damage. Also the front cover has a light crayon marking and some imperfections. Considering this book is over 100 years, the pictures are still very vibrant and pages are intact.
