Layered skater/pixie/tutu skirt! Gray and black knit fringe skirt. The bottom layer is a matte pvc-look material with ruffle/mummy fringe overlay. Knit stretchy waistband. Can also be worn as a tube top! Great for raves, festivals, halloween, mummy/ghost/mermaid/sea costumes and more! I also make matching gloves and leg warmers!
